YG-CCS on-line FAT
With the steady progress of the client’s supporting electrical engineering project, the batch of YG PVC insulated CCS conductors undertaken by our company has completed all production processes, including wire drawing, copper cladding, insulation extrusion, color marking, finished product sorting and batch sampling. In accordance with the quality management clauses of the cooperation contract and the client’s personalized acceptance requirements, a formal on-site FAT procedure is mandatory before product delivery. Considering the client’s on-site schedule and cross-regional travel arrangement limitations, both parties confirmed to adopt an online remote acceptance mode through multi-party video connection. Before the official FAT, our quality management department, production department and laboratory team completed comprehensive pre-inspection work. We sorted out finished product batches, verified production batch records, calibrated all testing instruments and equipment in advance, sorted out complete test standard documents and contractual technical parameters, and arranged special personnel responsible for video shooting, data recording and on-site coordination to ensure the smooth development of the remote acceptance work.

2.On-Site Workshop Visual Inspection
During the online FAT meeting, the client’s acceptance representatives first conducted remote visual inspection of all ready-to-deliver YG-CCS conductors in the factory workshop. Our on-site staff displayed the overall packaging, batch stacking, product identification and appearance quality of the finished products through high-definition real-time video. The inspection focused on the uniformity of yellow-green insulating color, the smoothness of PVC insulating layer surface, the integrity of wire rod structure, and whether there were defects such as scratches, bubbles, cracks and uneven coating on the product surface. Meanwhile, we showed the client the product specification labels, batch number marks, production date marks and packaging protection measures one by one. All finished products were neatly arranged with clear identification and complete packaging, and the overall appearance quality fully complied with the design requirements and industry appearance acceptance standards, which was confirmed and recognized by the client’s representatives on site.

3.Laboratory Professional Performance Testing
After the completion of workshop appearance inspection, the acceptance team moved to the company’s professional laboratory center for online verification of product performance tests. In strict accordance with national electrical industry standards and client technical requirements, we carried out a series of key performance tests on randomly sampled YG-CCS conductor samples. The main test items included conductor diameter dimensional tolerance detection, insulation layer thickness measurement, copper cladding bonding firmness test, PVC insulation tensile strength and elongation test, low-temperature resistance test, insulation voltage resistance performance test and conductor DC resistance detection. All test processes were broadcasted in real time through video, and professional testers explained the test principles, operation steps and standard threshold values to the client in detail during the process. The whole test process was standardized, transparent and traceable, and all test data were automatically recorded and sorted out by professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the test results.

4.Test Data Verification and Parameter Comparison
After the completion of all laboratory test items, our quality inspection staff sorted out all test data reports in real time and shared electronic documents with the client’s acceptance team online for detailed verification and comparison. We compared the actual test data of each performance index with the technical parameters specified in the contract and national standard values one by one, covering core indexes such as conductor size accuracy, insulation protection performance, electrical conductivity and mechanical stability. The verification results showed that all test data of the YG-CCS conductors were within the qualified range, with no unqualified indexes or parameter deviations. The yellow-green color insulation layer has stable weather resistance and insulation performance, the copper-clad steel core has uniform structure and stable electrical conductivity, and all performance parameters fully meet the client’s project use standards and design requirements.

5.On-Site Communication and Problem Confirmation
During the whole online FAT process, we maintained real-time efficient communication with the client’s team. The client’s representatives put forward targeted questions focusing on product production process, quality control standards, subsequent delivery cycle and product after-sales performance guarantee. Our professional technical and quality management personnel responded to each question one by one, detailed the whole-process quality control measures from raw material incoming inspection, production process monitoring to finished product sampling test, and confirmed the subsequent packaging, transportation and delivery schedule. For the client’s personalized requirements on product color uniformity and insulation durability in complex engineering environments, we gave professional technical explanations and guarantee instructions. Through full communication and confirmation, all doubts of the client were eliminated, and both parties reached a consistent recognition on product quality.

6.Acceptance Result and Follow-Up Arrangement
Based on the on-site workshop visual inspection, laboratory performance test verification and detailed data comparison, the client’s acceptance team finally confirmed that the batch of YG PVC insulated Copper clad steel conductors fully meets all contractual and technical standards, and the online FAT was successfully passed. After the completion of the acceptance meeting, our team immediately sorted out the FAT acceptance report, test data sheets, product qualification certificates and other supporting documents, and completed electronic filing and sorting. At present, our production and logistics team has started the final finished product packaging, sealing and batch sorting work, and will arrange shipment and delivery strictly in accordance with the agreed delivery cycle to ensure the products are delivered to the client’s project site on time and in good condition.
